4月20日至23日，2023年美國腸外腸內營養學會年會——營養科學與實踐大會（ASPEN2023 Nutrition Science & Practice Conference）在美國拉斯維加斯盛大召開。中南大學湘雅三醫院營養科唐辰義以題為“GPR125 positively regulates osteoclastogenesis potentially through AKT-NF-kB and MAPK signaling pathways”、馮果醫生以題為“TLR4 inhibitor alleviates spesis-induced lung injury by decreasing platelet mtROS production”的原創性研究論文，分別在ASPEN “GI and other nutrition and metabolic-related concepts”板塊以大會壁報的形式與全球從事營養代謝性疾病研究的人士進行交流。
